This is a private site for tracking neighborhood issues, shared only with residents. Keep posts civil and factual. Share what you have seen and when. State opinions as opinions, not as fact. Do not post anything false, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share, including photos of other people or private property.
What you post is your own and remains your responsibility. The people who run this site may edit, hide, or remove any content, and may remove or disable accounts, to keep the tracker accurate and respectful.
This site is maintained by neighbors in good faith. Information may be incomplete or out of date, and nothing here is legal or professional advice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for the developer, the management company, the city, or any other organization.
To use an account we store your name, an optional contact you choose to provide, and any photos you upload. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never as plain text. Everything lives on a private server and is visible only to people who have the community password. You can change your name or password, or delete your account, at any time from Your account. Deleting your account removes your login; posts you made stay on the tracker as a record but are no longer linked to you.
